By Air: The easiest and quickest way to reach Harrris is by flying to Stornoway and hiring a car from Stornoway airport which offers flights from Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Inverness by Loganair.

By Ferry: Another option is to take a ferry. Caledonian MacBrayne (CalMac) operates ferry services to Lewis and Harris from various ports, including Ullapool, and Uig. These ferries can take cars and foot passengers. Alternately, drive to Lochmaddy (North Uist), and get a second ferry from Berneray (North Uist) to Leverburgh (Harris)
